Darrell Walker brings more than two decades of experience as a certified CPR and First Aid Instructor, backed by an accomplished career in aquatics and recreation management. A retired Recreation Superintendent for a municipal agency, Mr. Walker successfully led a team of 150 employees and managed aquatics programming for over 30 years with exceptional results.

His tenure with the Cities of Pasadena, Monrovia, and San Bernardino firmly established him as a respected figure in the Southern California aquatics community. Renowned for his unwavering commitment to safety, Mr. Walker has maintained a flawless safety record—having never experienced a major incident at any facility under his supervision.

As a passionate educator and mentor, he has personally trained and certified more than 10,000 individuals in CPR and First Aid, empowering each with the knowledge and confidence to save lives. His lifelong dedication to excellence, safety, and community well-being continues to inspire those who work alongside him and benefit from his leadership.
