A retired Recreation Superintendent for a municipal agency, Mr. Walker successfully led a team of 150 employees and managed aquatics programming for over 30 years with exceptional results.
His tenure with the Cities of Pasadena, Monrovia, and San Bernardino firmly established him as a respected figure in the Southern California aquatics community. Renowned for his unwavering commitment to safety, Mr. Walker has maintained a flawless safety record—having never experienced a major incident at any facility under his supervision.
As a passionate educator and mentor, he has personally trained and certified more than 10,000 individuals in CPR and First Aid, empowering each with the knowledge and confidence to save lives.
